I've had great experiences with this Firestone location over the years. The staff is always friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. They provide excellent service and complete the work in a timely manner. What I appreciate most is their honesty—they don't try to upsell services or repairs that aren't actually needed. I appreciate an auto shop you can trust.

I truly had an amazing experience working with Will and Brian! I had a flat. They fit me and treated me so well. Also making sure I was provided my next set of services that I needed to do.

Why is zero stars not available? The manager who said to call her Z was an amazing blend of incompetence, dishonestly mixed with a good portion of rudeness. The triple promise guarantee Firestone says they have…..they won’t follow it as this location. Paid the diagnostic fee that said $1,700 would fix the issue. 24 hours later they took my daughters money and the car stalled 3 times driving from the bay Alllll the way across the parking lost. The mechanic in charge of the repairs said well there’s nothing that we can do but I’ll buy the car for $500. This after they took $1,700 for repairs that didn’t make a dent in the problem. The offer to buy the car was made in front of the manager Z. A quick look at Firestone corporate and employees should be fired for that. Calls to customer service and the regional manager went unreturned after 18 hours at this point. Manager Z said I hope we never see you here again and you need to get your car towed out of here. Stay away from place!!!! They are awful and it even though they are a chain location region and corporate don’t seem to care. Worst car care experience ever.

Ray did an amazing job servicing my car. I came in to have my cabin air filter, engine air filter, and windshield wipers replaced, and he was attentive, professional, and completed everything quickly. He also recommended adding more coolant to help prevent my engine from overheating, which I really appreciated. Ray took the time to educate me on what my car needed and was very patient and understanding throughout the entire process. He has such a positive attitude, and the Firestone location on Howell Mill Road is lucky to have him. Thank you, Ray, for your outstanding service, you’re doing great things and providing exceptional customer care!

I scheduled an online appointment for 3:00 PM for a complete vehicle inspection and oil change. I arrived and dropped my vehicle off at approximately 2:45 PM. An older Black gentleman who is bald with a white beard took my keys, verified my phone number, and informed me that someone would call me when my vehicle was ready. After leaving the store and walking around for approximately two hours, I returned only to discover that my vehicle had not even been worked on. I then waited an additional hour, making it a total of three hours since I dropped off my vehicle, with no communication or updates from your staff. When I approached the customer service representative, a Black gentleman with dreadlocks, to ask about the status of my vehicle, I was told that I “should have reminded him” about my vehicle. I found this response completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It is not the customer’s responsibility to remind employees to perform the services scheduled through a confirmed appointment. Had someone simply informed me there would be a delay or communicated with me throughout the process, I would have been much more understanding. Instead, I was left uninformed for hours and then s
